| No refund for any shorten stay except accompanied by hotel letter or statement with stamp issued from the hotel upon check out as proof.? | |||||||||||
| Refund only can be made after we are checked by hotel / company and confirmed the payment is received. | |||||||||||
| Any amendment to booking after hotel voucher issued will be subjected to penalty. | |||||||||||
| In case of no show , no refund can be made. | |||||||||||
